Rihanna is back at the studio working on her new album.
One of the contributors to Riri's ninth album is Pharrell Williams.
The singer revealed the info when asked about how she intends to spend Valentine’s Day.
“I’m going to be in the studio. I’m so excited actually. I can’t say who I’m working with, but it’s somebody I’ve been wanting to work with him for a long time,” she told The Cut.
Eventually, she was pushed to reveal who is she working with. “Okay, I’ll tell you. Pharrell,” she said.
As her fans await the follow up to ‘ANTI’, Rihanna told that she likes to “antagonize” her fans when it comes to album delays.
She explained: “I like to antagonize my fans a little bit… Well, they antagonize me, too! So they get it right back.”
Rihanna still didn't release any information about her new album, but it has been reported that the record will be influenced by dancehall and reggae, writes NME.
In January, Rihanna denied Shaggy's recently made claims that he was invited to appear on her new album but declined because he “didn’t need to audition”.
