Description

Ferrat chante Aragon is a compilatory album by Jean Ferrat released by Barclay in 1971 , which includes his musics of poems by Louis Aragon , mostly taken from the collection Les Poètes and recorded on various albums between 1963 and 1969. Ferrat records for the occasion "Robert le diable" (premiered on the record by his partner Christine Sèvres in 1968) and created the song "Le Malheur d'aimer". The original vinyl does not cover "Aimer à perd la raison" and "Les Lilas", published on Ferrat's two previous albums. These two songs have been included in the CD reissues of the album since 1992.
